ReplyDeleteI think leadership is nothing but the risk taking abilities. Who are they who are successful? Just see the person who left the job (secure income) and started his venture. or the siftware engineer (again the secure job) and started the mother's kitchen; or may be politician.
Most of the people who are succesful think that they have nothing to loose, if they fail in their venture.
In fact they are risk taker and risk taking ability is built by the upbringing of that person.
